Unangenehm

Ich hatte eine Doppelbettzimmer für mich und meine Freundin gebucht, stattdessen kriege ich zunächst einen Zimmer mit einem Hochbett, weil das andere Zimmer anderweitig in Verwendung war... nach langem diskutieren haben wir dann aufeinmal doch ein Doppelbett Zimmer bekommen. Der Geruch im Zimmer war sehr sehr Eklig! Wir mussten die ganzen Fenster öffnen um gut durchzulüften, nur leid kamen nun die Mücken rein .... Die Bettwäsche und das Bad war ebenfalls nicht sauber und der Boden auch nicht . Da bereut man es schon sehr nicht tiefer in die Tasche gegriffen zu haben!

Sul sito si presenta come un hotel,invece sono stanze in affitto. No ascensore,no finestre in camera apribili,sporco,vecchio,rumoroso. Le foto non corrispondono affatto a spazi e luoghi. State alla larga.

Hostel in Milan

Its called a guest house but is really a hostel, very basic accommodation and facilities, however the staff were helpful and the area close to the centre and transport.

Chapeau!!!

Soggiorno più che positivo! Personale educato e disponibile. Camere piccole ma pulite e ordinate. Le uniche pecche sono le finestre che si aprono poco e quindi l'aria circola conseguentemente poco ed il fatto che sarebbe gradito avere dei flaconcini di shampoo nella doccia, non soltanto una piccola saponetta... nel caso qualcuno se ne dimenticasse di portarselo dietro! In generale, ottima qualità-prezzo e ottimo punto di residenza, vicinissimo al centro di Milano! Torneremo😁

5 sconosciuti in una stanza piccola.

In 5 sconosciuti in una stanzetta striminzita. La porta della stanza era aperta e senza chiave. Il personale entrava anche di notte a controllare. Pulizia scarsissima, senza asciugamani, lenzuola vecchie e usate, letti a castello si dormiva l'uno sopra l'altro. Esperienza orribile da non ripetere.

Soggiorno per vacanza

Ho alloggiato allo Scacco Matto perché mi trovavo a Milano per vacanza (e per andare ad un concerto) e sono stato molto bene. Camere confortevoli, pulite, dotate di ogni comfort. Personale disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Metro (stazione Loreto) a 20 passi dal portone, sullo stesso marciapiede, bar, supermercati a portata di mano e a due passi da Corso Buenos Aires. Ci tornerò sicuramente al mio prossimo soggiorno a Milano.Consigliatissimo.

Camera comoda e spaziosa, ma con alcune pecche.

Nel complesso la camera era comoda, spaziosa e con un arredamento moderno, il che la rendeva confortevole. Letto comodo, wi-fi sufficientemente veloce per un normale utilizzo di internet. Tuttavia le finestre erano senza saracinesche e le sole tende non erano sufficienti a impedire che la luce dei lampioni notturni e del sole mattutino entrasse in stanza. Qualche volta l'acqua della doccia era tiepida e non calda. Spesso si sentiva gente parlare (sia fuori che dentro l'hotel) fino a notte fonda.

For the night rate, still a good room

Ok, you cannot expect an Hilton Hotel, but we had a good experience with Scacco Matto. We arrived later in the evening and the reception guy waited for us without asking us any extra charge for this. Breakfast really simple but enough to start the morning. I would reccomend it to all people who needs a budget stay and a cleaned silent room.

Waste of time, screwed out of three nights prepaid

The place at best qualifies as a back-packer hostal. It is located on the third floor of the building to which you can only get through the below street level garage, then pass through two other similar hostals to a backdoor. The entire set-up is unclean, though the room itself was clean. Although the manager stated the room had just been renovated, the flushing mechanism of the toilet broke upon first use. There was no table lamp or night lamp in the room. The hall was noisy with young folks until late. The breakfast area was unclean, disorderly arranged, we would not eat there. There is no parking. The "hotel-manager" was unfriendly, refused to permit cancelling our stay when confronted with our justified claims. Though we had prepaid for four nights, we stayed only one night, then left because his place is a disgrace to any traveler who looks for no-frills but decent accommodation.

Værelset/stedet var god til prisen. Vi forventede ikke topklasse og skulle bare have et billigt sted at sove for én nat, så det var nogenlunde. Dog varmt uden A/C om natten, så det kan kun anbefales at tilkøbe det :)

Good hotel,good location close to metro and market but needs mini fridge ac is an extra cost and shower floods regularly which is inconvenient. In area with 2 other competitors on several floors and lack of view as surrounded by other buildings. Free breakfast included is quite poor with few options and could have been better overall but decent enough to do the job.

não voltaria.

o hotel deixa muito a desejar, a cama estava limpa e o chuveiro funcionava bem, mas o quarto não estava muito limpo, a janelas eram enormes e somente de vidro, e as cortinas não eram blackout, logo, assim que amanheceu a claridade entrava toda no quarto, o café da manha, tinha o mínimo possível, nao tinha pão fresco, nem manteiga, o recepcionista era bem mal humorado, mas não foi mal educado. a localização é boa, porém tem poucas opções de restaurantes, acho que é mais proximo a área comercial da cidade. não voltaria.
