Good staff - Tidy spaces and Comfortable stay

I stayed for Salone 2023 - made a booking in advance, many guests has shared their views of the property not clean and tidy, however my experience with the staff and stay was very good. Location is remote however its ideal if you are planning a business trip and have a rental car on hand - 2 ladies at the front /concierge were more than helpful in assisting with city tolls and other matters /inquiries. Over all - good stay in town and I plan to book them in future travels

Unfortunately, not at all a 4-star level

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately not a good experience. Here are some points that stood out negatively: Condition of the Hotel: The overall condition of the hotel was very poor. The furniture was old and worn out, some of it in a state of disrepair. Room Furnishings: The furnishings were extremely sparse and there was no decoration, making the room very uncomfortable. Additionally, the mattresses were hard as boards and there were far too few power outlets. Bathroom: The interior bathroom had no ventilation, leading to an unpleasant condition. Service: On the first day, one room was missing towels, and on the second day, the other room had no towels. Additionally, the rooftop terrace was closed, even though we had been looking forward to it. The floor was dirty, and dust bunnies were dancing behind the door. On the balcony of one of the rooms, there were still empty beer bottles from the previous guests. Air Conditioning: The air conditioning was extremely annoying as it had to be reset every time we left the room. Breakfast Reservation: Even though we had paid for breakfast in advance, our reservation was missing. This led to unnecessary discussions at check-in, which the incompetent staff member could not resolve. All in all, this hotel was not a good choice. We have been to Milan many times, but we certainly will not book this hotel again.

Milan's nightmare

We stay a total of 4 nights, , ,the first two were above average. 3.5-4 stars, the room was in a good condition, there were a couple of minor repairs, that if fixed, it will have made it an excellent 4 stars room. We left for a week and returned for our secind two nights, but this time we were given a toom that was at the most a 2.5 start rating. The room was at the most 150 sq ft. We have asked for a triple room, so we got two single beds paired together and a rollaway bed that was very difficult to walk between beds. The bathroom was grossed molded and holes on the walls as if previous fixtures have been removed or exchanged by smaller or different type. The in-room mini bar was inoperable. When I asked the front desk to move to another room do to the room not being what i had expected, i was told that changing rooms was not possible, but that at least the minibar could be exchanged for a working one. But in order to have it exchanged, we must leave the room. We agreed to at least have a working fridge, but the new one was just as old that tooked all night to barely feel slightly cool. The staff offered ice buckets to keep our food and drinks cold, because apparantly, there were no other working fridges. The hotel has a 4 star rating, someone should go back and update their review and recategorized them. You cannot advertise a 4 star hotel when only a few rooms are and the rest are a crapy place Tried uploading pics but the system is not allowing me to post them.

Camera: La camera era molto pulita, spaziosa a sufficienza e ben dotata di tutto il necessario. Colazione: Purtroppo una grande delusione. La colazione era prevista fino alle 10:00, ma quando siamo arrivati alle 09:10 al buffet erano rimasti soltanto un piccolo cornetto, un pezzo di torta e dell’acqua. Nessun pane, uova, altri cornetti, torte o affettati. Abbiamo chiesto più volte quando sarebbe stato rifornito il buffet e la risposta è stata sempre “tra 5 minuti”, ma l’unica cosa aggiunta è stata un po’ di salame che, essendo incinta, non potevo consumare. Dopo la quarta richiesta ci è stato semplicemente detto che la colazione terminava alle 10:00. Troviamo questa risposta inaccettabile, considerando che eravamo presenti già da 40 minuti senza poter fare colazione. Nel complesso, il servizio colazione è stato pessimo e assolutamente non all’altezza.

Super ophold og god service fra personale i receptionen. Eneste lille minus var morgenmaden. Første da kl 7:45 var der halv tomt og der blev ikke fyldt op trods personalet gik rundt. Og røræg skal de øve sig på. det skal ikke have så meget det er som gummi og helt mørkt/grøn i farven :)

Nel complesso un'ottima struttura, design moderno ed elegante, personale ottimo. A mio avviso l'unica pecca potrebbe essere la difficoltà nel raggiungere la struttura con i mezzi pubblici in tarda serata, in quanto posizionata fuori dal centro. Con un po' di organizzazione dei trasporti ci ritornerei sicuramente!
