Everyone should keep away from this underground hotel!! I was assigned to a room on the basement level, the room was dark and damp even like a cave but worse and the windows felt very unsafe, as if anyone could enter. I asked to change room, and unsurprisingly, they told me they were full. To escape the basement, I had to pay extra to change rooms, but even after paying, they still moved me to a room next to reception that was still terrible because it was incredibly noisy (and when I opened the door, it was piled high with suitcases...). I told them it was unacceptable. And it turned out they had other better rooms. Thankfully, a young man staff FINALLY helped us get a normal room! Although the room was terrible, I have to say the man was trying his best to help us. This experience was absolutely awful; it's unbelievable that a hotel would put guests on the basement level! Everyone had to escape because you risked staying in the basement! The bed wasn't clean either, and I had a slight allergic reaction to dust mites at night.
