The hotel is well located for visitors to the Rho Fiera. Free parking and quick access to the autostrada are practical. The only thing that could be improved is the internet in the rooms.

Great staff.. very nice and attentive.. Right by a mall and a bus staion. Thry replaced my room after some complaints- without hesitation. Having said all that, the hotel is pretty old and maintenance level is not as expected from a 4 star hotel.

Lights are automatic and do not turn on when you come in the room. You have to call the front desk then wait. Soap is tiny. Farther than I thought from city center. It cost $50 to take a cab there today. Bed is comfortable.safe in room did not work, did not complain about anything except lights due to short time - 2 nights. Lights were not fixed
