"I booked through expedia and was paid in full. After my 1st night GWL charged my card on file for the entire stay stating the expedia virtual card wasnt working which doesnt mean automatically charge my card they should have reached out to expedia. Here it is a week later and I still havent received my money back for the room stay and the $240 they charged on top of that for incidentals that hasnt been returned that was supposed to be released upon checkout. Also, they charged me twice for parking, parking is $20/day I was charged $39 plus $40. This was a horrible experience. On the other hand, my elderly father had a severe emergency, and the staff was prompt and there to help felt like within seconds, so I definitely appreciate the help and response until paramedics arrived. I just want my money back we are talking over $600."

"Rooms were filthy, more than one light was not working, outlets not working or missing covers, door deadbolt did not lock, and tv had limited channels. The overall condition felt more like a motel. Very dated. Staff were friendly and helpful however I cannot recommend this hotel, and will NOT be staying here if we travel to the area again. "

"Dirty plastic silverware on the floor. The bathroom garbage was full when we checked in. Bathroom was definitely not cleaned. Doubt the room was cleaned either but good enough to sleep in for the weekend."

"Room was clean, friendly staff, good price. Can tell this is an older place, but is priced appropriately. There are train tracks near the hotel as well, so the trains use their horn as they come through. Not the hotel’s fault, but something to be aware of."
