We were a little wary when we realized it was a dormitory and a hotel, but this was one of the best places that we stayed. From the friendly check-in, to the key card elevators (that only allows guests on the guest floor and students on the student floor) to the personalized postcard in our room and a free croissant, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean and well thought out. The hotel was also within walking distance of the Metro. This was a winner!

I originally booked one person per room instead of two by mistake, but the receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodating. He quickly sorted it out for me and only charged an extra 40 euros for all three nights, including breakfast – which I really appreciated! The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. The bed was quite large and comfortable. Next time, I might ask for an extra pillow, but that’s a minor thing. Overall, a great stay!

Upscale building on University campus. Bar with food on first floor that are very reasonably priced. Very pleasant and helpful staff that all speak English well. Menus in English. Amenities were plentiful and very creative. Place was hard for the taxi driver to find because of very small street number and road construction. Taxi was VERY expensive —€23.50 vs metro ~€2.20/person with metro stop a very short distance to entry and equal travel time from Milano Centrale.

The staff were really helpful especially Enrico, the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. Very close to the metro station. There was no wardrobe in the room maybe can do with one, we were only there for 3 nights. If you cannot sleep with the noise then you might have a problem as there are parties going on as this is a uni accommodation. The TV only had a few channels in English. One of the 2 lifts was not working during our stay. Looking past this we really enjoyed our stay.

I am very satisfied with everything

I was extremely satisfied with this hotel! We chose to stay here on our way through Milan. First of all, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the hotel is pet-friendly, which was a big plus. The entire place was very clean, exceptionally soundproof, and incredibly spacious — even for a whole family, it felt very comfortable! This is quite rare for hotels in Europe. The location is also very convenient — just a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. Although the hotel doesn’t offer free parking, I highly recommend parking in the blue-line paid spots right in front of the hotel! We happened to check in on a Sunday, so we could park for free in the blue-line area that day. The best part was that the window of our Family Room 333 looked directly onto our car, which is incredibly important in Italy — we could keep an eye on the vehicle’s safety at all times. Everything was just perfect!

Nice big room, cool vibe with a ton of amenities like a huge gym, shared kitchens, games rooms, and chill zones. The hotel is shared with student housing from the University so a fresh young vibe, but quiet and respectful. Great find and would stay again.

I liked the property and it was pretty spacious plus close to metro etc. I thought however that the WiFi was pretty weak. We could barely pick it up in the room and had to go to the lobby to get strong signal

Good for price but that’s really all.

The stay was okay , very short on towels when needed and ignored when my daughter called front desk for toilet paper . Housekeeping walks in without knocking on several days . Or sometimes knocks and walks in at the same time . Would not recommend.

Good and easy going hotel - invoice challenges

Unfortunately, this reservation at CX Milan Bicocca between 27.06. - 30.06.2025 didn't go well. I have forced to made payment of reservation Hotels.com and at the hotel, so twice. First based on reservation from Hotels.com and secondly based on faulty information that payment haven't have succeeded. Unhappy customer reason of this kind of matters..
