The place is somehow clean, it's near the central station but the person in charge is unreachable by phone or by email.

Not really a hotel, just an apartment this guy owns. And he was like 45 minutes late to show up and give us the keys and then put us in an apartment with three other groups of people.

Not great during the summer

Stayed one night. Too warm, no air conditioner, just a small plastic fan that didn't help against the heat at all. Would have payed tripple if I'd known I wouldn't be able to get any sleep here at all. Do not book during the summer! Definitely ok and ok priced other times of year.

The property was clean and tidy with a fan a decent bed. Although the host did not communicate at all and we ended up waiting 3 hours to bed let into the property and when the key were finally brought over the receptionist from a different company was the one to let us in as he felt so bad about how long we had been waiting. Terrible customer service from the host.

Place was okay, what I would expect from the photos and description. Shared washroom. NO AC, so was insanely hot in the July heat with only a small fan that did not work very well. No towels, luckily we had brought one. No dishes whatsoever. Property manager did not respond to any messages or calls - luckily we just walked to the property once we arrived and the small checkin office was actually open with keys for us. With some dishes, AC or at least a better fan, place could be much nicer. As is, 2/5.

Extremely loud place, extremely hot place ... You have to choose: open the window, but forget having any sleep because it will be too noisy ... or close the window and die in a warm, humid room. There is no air conditioning or even ventilation. Only a pity little fan, that only makes it worse. The second thing ... I've never slept on such a bad bed, tragic mattresses and small pillows, and the beds slide around. You get abused furniture. We couldn't take the horror anymore, so we had to call expeidia and got a new hotel, but b&b did not respond when they called them... they didn't respond at all. There's no reception to ask about anything, they dont answer when you write to them... we haven't got our money back, and properly won't. So don't book this "hotel", it will be a great mistake!

B&B senza colazione con la scusa del covid, ventilatore giocattolo, prese dappertutto con rischio corto circuito, materassi senza coprimaterasso, molto cara per quello che offre, il suo prezzo non dovrebbe superare i 60€ ma siccome, come ci è stato detto, ci sono degli eventi hanno aumentato il prezzo.120€ SENZA COLAZIONE.

La habitación estaba muy bien equipada al igual que el baño, disponíamos de todo lo necesario y esta genial el toque del micro y el frigo, lo único malo es que durante el verano la temperatura es insoportable en el piso, el ventilador no ayudaba mucho y cuando fuimos a moverlo nos dimos cuenta de que la estructura estaba rota, sin embargo, funcionaba bien!

Purtroppo nonostante la prenotazione fosse stata fatta e fosse attiva la stanza all'arrivo di mio fratello era stata assegnata dicendo che era stata annullata la prenotazione. Prima volta che mi succede, in un periodo che Milano è pienissima arrivare senza la stanza prenotata è un grosso disagio.

The host did not respond neither by telefono nor the messages, not the voice messages when I contactes them to communicate the of arrival. Money was charged. So I could not come and I booked another hotel and paid twice. On their website I foumded they are open till 21.00 but I called ar 20.50. Pay attention before booking. Not reccomend to anyone

No vayas! Penoso

Muy mal. En el anuncio dice que es obligatorio que te comuniques con Max, el dueño, para indicarle tu hora de llegada, pero el teléfono es inexistente. Al llegar para hacer el check in, hay que ir al local de al lado, gestionado por unos chicos muy amables pero que no tienen nada que ver con Max. Nos cobraron 2€ por maleta para poder dejarlas allí hasta poder hacer el check in. Al entrar en el apartamento, te invade un fuerte olor a Marihuana. Entramos en la habitación y había una silla que se caía a pedazos, no había climatización y sin rastro de mesitas de noche, lamparitas o algo donde poder dejar el movil o lo que sea cerca de la cama. Para apagar o encender la luz tienes que hacerlo junto a la puerta porque tampoco tiene interruptores cerca. Lo más fuerte fue que no pudimos ducharnos porque NO HABÍA TOALLAS. Bajamos a preguntarle al chico de recepción, el cual no tenía ni idea pero tuvo la amabilidad de preguntarle a Max por WhatsApp, y este le respondió que las toallas no estaban incluidas. Cabe destacar que en la reserva está especificado que incluye artículos de higiene, al igual que en las fotos, donde aparecen las toallas sobre la cama. Obviamente si no había toallas, podéis imaginaros el resto de cosas. El baño, de mal en peor. Es compartido, pero de ahí a que haya cepillos de dientes y demás productos de por medio, una lavadora con ropa dentro, dos alfombrillas tiradas en el suelo...Daba la sensación de estar invadiendo la casa de alguien. Penoso, no vayas!!
