I had a wonderful stay at Acca Hotel! The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel is also conveniently located near the station and not far from the city center. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a great location

The hotel is far away from the City Center. The hotel is in a residential area. Luckily the Metro station is only a 5 min. walk away. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were pleasant.

The hotel is 2 blocks from the metro station that takes you to the Duomo and Milano Centrale. The rooms are big and comfortable. There is a small gym and breakfast is available. The building is new and well kept, the staff is very nice and speak English.

Very nice hotel for a quick stay, has everything you would need and staff is amazing and willing to help in anything . Huge grocery store next to it for food and east transportation to metro to get to milano centrale. Location a little dirty and sketchy but we were never bothered by anyone

The staff is excellent at the reception desk, especially Paul. They address your needs as best as they could. Checking in and checking out was a pleasure. Breakfast was great. Overall, all good, but it seems there was no maintenance person to address any room needs. For example, our room was too hot, so we needed the heat turned down which was beyond our control. As a result, it was like a motel inside a hotel.
