"Room was cleaned. Entrance door locked us out, trying to open it proved difficult and the assistance of a strong shoulder. Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. "We arrived in Milan with plans for a different hotel. Saw it and wouldn't stay at that one. Luckily this hotel had a room available. Staff were excellent. Room was large and comfortable. Highly recommend"
