Il ristorante dove era organizzato il buffet per la colazione precedentemente pagata, è rimasto chiuso 5 giorni su 10 e nonostante il manager mi avesse chiesto le coordinate per un rimborso, questo non è mai arrivato e si sono sempre negato sia alle varie mail, sia al telefono. Tutto questo è indecente per un 4 stelle che dovrebbe garantire competenza e professionalità. Sconsigliatissimo!」

「I got the top floor room, so I can’t open the window easily (I was not able to do so) and when it rain, it is really noisy. There is a fully equipped kitchen but no table in the room, so no where to have breakfast. Also, I arrived in the early morning, it was very hard to find, as no sign of the building. I wish the place communicate that it is basically an air b&b and that it is right next to the a gelato cafe. Also, it gave me the code for the room but not the entrance, so I have to get...
