「Be aware of all the fees!! There is $30 property fee + $25 parking fee! What the heck? Last week, I stayed at a hotel in NYC and it was $25 parking fee. There is also a humid smell in the room. I was going to give a one-star rating. Now I am giving them 3. The extra 2 stars are earned by the breakfast staff. They were quick to restock the food and clean the tables. 「Everyone on staff was delightful - happy and helpful. Always working. The property is very clean, with the exception of an overfilled dumpster from remodeling. Nice hanging hammock chairs right near the bay, some Adirondack chairs (could have used a few more). Close to many options for dining and not too far from the beach. We were not very happy with the room because it was extremely small - the bathroom sink was literally at the foot of the bed.
