「The property looked good. What we didn’t like was their communication and cleaning services.」

「The apartment itself was beautiful. Our experience was unfortunately marred by poor access arrangements and a lack of communication from the managing agent. We also experienced significant water outages across Johannesburg during our visit, which, though not the property's fault, definitely put a damper on our trip.」

「After confirming my reservation 24 hours before my stay as required I was told 6 hours before the stay they did not have any rooms. Whats the point of paying in advance for a reservation if its not GUARANTEED. Now two weeks later I still dont have a refund as Hotels.com say it was a non refundable stay, which it was if I did not turn up. That if I had turned up and there was no room is too complex for them to establish. Avoid this place like the plague」

「Checking was at 14h00 and only they gave us the key after 15h00. The place wasnt clean, mayonase in the oven, bathrooms dirty and the towels were still drying in the dryer. No soap or shampoo to bath. The place had a bad odour. Vomit in the passage outside the apartment without cleaning. We expected way more as it was supposed to be a presidential suite and penthouse, but we stayed on the 12 floor and there were 14 floors. What we paid for is not what we got. Im sorry but we wont recommend this...

「The unit was very nice and fully equiped with everything that you may need. The only downfall and a very minor one is that they don't provide shampoo.」
