「We came down from Massachusetts for a wedding. I reserved a suite with 2 queen beds. When I arrived I was told that I have a room with 2 full beds, and was also told that the hotel didn’t have any queen beds…but online I specifically reserved queen beds. After proving that I reserved queen beds. The girl at the front desk then tells me that the hotel does have queen beds but “they were not clean”. So which one was it? You do or don’t have queen beds? When we got into our room it was terrible....

「The floor was in our room was very dirty; we actually washed it ourselves because we don’t wear shoes in the room and it made our feet filthy. The elevator smells like body odor; it needs to be cleaned. Most of the staff are friendly but some of the front desk people are not customer service oriented; they are more interested in being on their phones or having personal conversations. The people cleaning the breakfast area do a great job; they keep the tables washed and everything is well...

「When I arrive at Relax Inn, it is about 11:00 PM in the evening, after a long flight. The check-in place is a very tiny cube that fits only one person at a time. It feels very strange/scary compared to all other hotel/motel that I have been. When I check in, the staff told me, they cancelled my booking because I did not pre-pay. However, they do have rooms, but I have to pay $280 at that time while my booking was $196 for 2 nights. After half an hour of argue, the price go from 280 to 240 to...

I had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The breakfast is convenient and good. I've stayed here twice and will stay again in 6 months. The staff were all friendly. The facility was clean and quiet.」
