Disgusting hotel! This is NOT a family friendly hotel. From the 30 minutes I was there I saw multiple workers coming in and out of the hotel. The second you walk in the lobby there is a foul odor, & dirty lobby. No one in the front then you see a child run out of the back and finally someone comes out to check us in. In the elevator there a dolls leg in between the doors and the wall (hard to explain) full of dust. There is piles of dust & dirt in almost every corner. We walk into the room and I start to check out the room and there is SO MANY stains on the bed skirt and bed sheets! They were so obvious it’s hard to believe they were missed when cleaning the room. Then I walk in to the restroom and there is hair in the shower tub and sink, & let me tell you it wasn’t a strand of hair. The tub was so gross! The carpet in the room did not get vacuumed it was very obvious as well. There was no way I was going to have my children stay here I left right away! Whoever does the cleaning here is not doing their job or just doesn’t care. You’d think that after Covid simple cleaning habits would be followed 100% of the time.

Older hotel that was clean; elevator button was broken when we first arrived but was able to call from the 2nd floor the go down and board on 1st floor for elderly parents. It was clean enough but had an interesting smell.

The positives....beds were comfortable and the breakfast was decent. There was parking as well for our truck and car being towed with us. The negatives were quite a few for me. The elevator is very slow. People are backed up at the elevator trying to get to their room. It fills up fast and then there's more waiting for it to come back down. The sink in the bathroom was very slow draining and that's gross. The shower is a porcelain tub, nothing nonslip about that surface. I almost fell twice, once while inside the shower and once trying to get out. The water starts out cold, takes a while to heat up and during your shower is apparently still heating up and turns scalding. The shower curtain was very dingy, gets soaked immediately and that's uncomfortable to have a wet cloth hanging there until it dries. The bath mat was so thin it took was soaked the second you step out of the shower. The paint on the bathroom walls are affected by steam and peeling away at the ceilings. There's a vent but it didn't turn on. The edges of the toilet had stains by the hardware, or was just not wiped up. The curtains seemed unclean as well. There were not enough washcloths for 3 people. When we checked in they gave our party of 3 only 2 keys. One key had to be used at all times to keep the lights on leaving us all only one key! We checked in very late due to traveling and left by 7am. We slept and we're greatful for the rest but I would never stay here again. Not all Comfort inns are equal.

The room was very run down. The cleaning service wanted to enter even though we had a do not disturb sign up. Light was missing in bathroom.

Very clean room staff was amazing mr Tanvik checked us in next day when it was check out time liked it so much decided to extend the trip Mrs. Kamal Gohil and Mr Anil Gohil were very helpful in making it possible to extend the stay kept same room got it serviced with our stuff in there staff is very trustworthy will be booking again in the near future

Horrible customer service. Not friendly man at desk. Wouldn’t allow us to use a toaster and wouldn’t allow us to use another blanket. None of the lights work in the room. Bathroom light is out. Not a good experience. Wouldn’t stay again.

Very nice and quiet restful sleep.

It was very nice the location is right off the interstate but the room was surprisingly quiet. The hotel staff we very nice. And the hotel was clean. We only stayed one night while traveling home but it was a very pleasant experience. I did wake up a few times to check on my vehicle due to the location. It was fine. The staff is very nice I plan on staying again in the future.

the hotel is all dirty. the blankets were stained with yellow spots also the restroom was not even cleaned right before using it it had stains from previous ppl on the shower and sadly the workers were really bad they treated us disrespecful and talked to us really bad infront of all my kids underage had no respect for them . the owners were also really disrespectul and treated woman and kids really bad
