「Lovely house, but single glazed windows make traffic noise a problem. More annoyingly is the undeclared security deposit, of which they keep £10 of as ‘admin fee’. Felt like a shady way of charging an extra tenner. Shame because the house was nice, but the admin fee left a bad taste with me for not being transparent at booking. 」

「Facilities were good, clean and comfortable. Pub and cafes in the village were good too, Very friendly and good quality food. Communication could have been clearer. And they were not happy with not moving the car from the large car park at checkout, despite new guests not being able to get into the cottage for at least 3 hours」
