「The girl at check in was so sweet. Their system was down and she had quite a few guests waiting but was very apologetic and actually got us checked in pretty quickly despite not having her computer up and running. Very nice, professional, polite and friendly person to be at the front desk! 」

「前台工作人员办理入住时的态度非常冷漠 入住后晚上睡觉时发现床单上有许多根散散落落的长头发 还有很多黑色小点点 什么东西未知 房间空调中吹出来的是冷气 但关掉不吹更冷 入住那天下雨 室外楼梯已经被水浸泡的一踩就把鞋子浸湿了 周边很远的范围内 也只有墨西哥菜的很小很小的餐厅 海风很大 吹的很响 入住的体验感并不nice」

「I’m surprised to see the property was under construction and the first impression looked like it wasn’t open for Business at all. However, after following the science to the temporary office position, the people were very nice very helpful and I didn’t notice the construction at all once I got checked into my room.」

I had prepaid through Hotels.com and when I got there the guy wasn't able to process the payment from Hotels.com to him and said it was my problem and I would have to pay for the room and get reimbursed from Hotels.com. finally after a while he gave me a room but it was not what I had booked. The room was aweful, smelled bad, what felt like a hole in the floor under the carpet and the door was already wide open when I got to the room. 」
