"Staff were great, hotel very clean, room was amazing and very quiet. Even had a phone call prior to the stay asking how we wanted the room to be set up for the family - Very impressed"

"You have to call the phone nbr on the door for the owner to pop along and give you keys and show you room. Just a few minutes. Basic room but all good. Comfy bed. water in room. Biscuits! Hot water takes a minute to come through. Pub across the road is fine for food. We have stayed here a few times at racing at Snetterton."

"The property is looking very tired. The room was clean, no frills. Bathroom clean but shower has no power and the shower head really is only suitable for washing hair. The 'continental breakfast ' is just cereal and toast. Tea or coffee. We didn't see a single member of staff for the duration of our stay. Self check in, self check out. Not even a staff member in the breakfast room at all"
