"The room, hallways, and fixtures look a bit worn. Exposed wires in the room in corner. Easy to work AC. Check in with Junior was fabulous. Elevator is a bit of a challenge, I met so many guests that couldn't figure out the elevators and a bit long for the upper floors. You have to go to a touch pad to put in your floor and then it will go to designated floor, once in the elevator it has no buttons. I had extra time before appts and I was able to lounge in the upstairs which has a stair lounge area like the Public Hotel. I was able to work on my laptop and make calls like many others that were there. The Percy which is their cafe closes too early."
"Everyone was pleasant and welcoming as soon as we arrived. Room was clean. Restaurant on site as well as rooftop bar with amazing views also convenient and added a nice plus."
"Great spot for the young, beautiful, bougie crowd. Obnoxiously overpriced drinks. Room was small but clean and contemporary. Rooftop bar views were awesome. Bar staff on the rooftop need to learn better manners - the guests shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience with a side of snarkiness."
"Ashley, who checked us in, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The room was clean, and overall we had a good stay. The only downside was that there was no toothpaste provided, so we had to buy it at the hotel. Other than that, everything was good."
