Very clean and most of the facilities you could need for a two night stay - they even have a mat put put the dog bowls on (we brought our own as we weren't aware of this but great if you are unprepared). "We were looking forward to the sea view but there isn't any view apart from the tall fence. The parking area is not great, a big slope makes it difficult especially because its on a sharp corner of the road. The WiFi wasn’t working the first 2 days. Its a lovely place but bring your own toiletries. It's a nice place, nicely designed and 15min walk to the Waterbay beach."
