"We stayed here for one night and it was very nice. The airplanes flying over, the lobby noise in the evening, didn't bother us one bit. The shuttle from the airport was swift and the shuttle to the cruise port was very organized. I will definitely stay here again. "

"AVOID AVOID! This hotel is dreadful and NOT remotely like the photos show on the website. I stayed in March 2026 and would never return. Firstly there is a train track immediately next to the hotel with trains running ALL night and honking the horn all the way past the hotel. You would expect the hotel to invest in great double glazing to muffle out this sound - but no! They still have metal glazing from about 40 years ago. I stayed 3 nights and didn't sleep a wink! The breakfast products are luke warm at best, mostly cold sausages, cold omlette etc - and to add insult to injury it is served on paper plates with plastic knives & forks. It's supposed to be a hotel not a prison!! Thirdly, other than the poor breakfast - there is NO food available whatsoever at this property. When you ask for food - the reception hands you a takeaway menu from a nearby takeaway for pizzas / kebabs. A small pizza listed as 12" was shown as $15.99 - but when I asked it to be delived the actual cost was $33 due to delivery & taxes!!!!! Nice little rip-off earner for the hotel no doubt! Fourthly - we used Uber a few times to get around, but one day we were in a rush so the hotel got us a taxi - we travelled no more than 2KM and the charge was $45 (we had previously done the same trip in an Uber and it was $12. We complained to reception and they gave us an apology and $20 cash back - but the same taxi driver was seen multiple times picking guests up outside! I wonder how many people don't complain!"

"Staff was rude. Property very outdated for image that it advertises. I asked three times to be booked for shuttle only to find out there was none which is advertised. I had to order uber at last minute. Luckily made my flight. Airport shuttle was one of reasons for choosing this hotel. "

"The place is very clean and smells hygienic, too. Also welcoming to pets."

"Absolutely beautiful room, close by the airport, and overall a fantastic luxury stay without breaking the bank! My only issue with this place is that the room service portions are incredibly small. Ordered a pasta plate with a portion that barely covered the large plate, and it cost me $18!!! And the food wasn’t even that good. Other than that, everything else was fantastic! Just don't bother ordering room service, and you're all set!"

"Very close to the airport and less expensive than other properties in the area. Still a little pricey for what you get, but it is Miami near the airport. Staff was great, pizza place in the lobby was good. "
