"This is usually a great place to stay. I suspect there has been a change in management because nothing was maintained as before. The elevator was broken and I was only notified on the day of my reservation. The stairway to get to my 4th floor room was miserably hot to move luggage without an elevator. A parking lot light was broken, blocking more of the close parking....but most of all it seemed as though staff chose to have excuses for all that went wrong with my stay rather than answers to try to make anything better. Until another manager is hired DO NOT STAY HERE. They simply do not care about their guests"

"The hot tub is broken but the staff say the heated pool makes up for it. The delux room didn’t feel delux as its basic and same as a standard room is. The room was slightly dusty and bathroom counter still looked like someone shaved there at one time. Had to argue with staff about breakfast times as their pamphlets in the room says till 10 o clock but the staff thought it ended at 9. THE STAFF DIDNT KNOW THEIR PAMPHLETS IN EVERY ROOM SAID 10. "

"I booked this place for my wife and daughter who was in town for a soccer tournament. I was unable to join them, but my wife said it was "scary" when she checked in that night, but saw thought the place was fine in the light of day. She tends to spook easy, so I'm not sure what to make of it."

"I was very pleased with my stay overall. The facility was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was consistently hospitable, pleasant, and quick to assist. The bathroom was tidy and well‑stocked with amenities. The one issue that stood out was the very low water pressure in the shower. It was the only drawback in an otherwise positive stay. That said, the water pressure in the shower was a noticeable and persistent drawback. It stood out as the only real flaw in an otherwise excellent experience. Given how important a good shower is to most travelers, I hope the owners take this feedback seriously. I’m confident other guests have mentioned the same concern and addressing it would significantly elevate the quality of the stay. Even with this issue, I continue to rate My Place highly and would gladly return—especially if the water‑pressure problem is resolved."
