We came up from Austin, TX to attend the Louisburg Mill Ciderfest (I’m trying to visit all 50 states before I turn 50) & I really don’t think I could’ve picked a better place in the entire state of KS than the beautiful Kaskaskia Place! The house had copies of the local newspaper that the owners & the house were featured just a couple of weeks ago on the Front Page! It was cool to read their story & you could feel the passion and love they poured into this house!
I’m not sure if the house...

This hotel is very clean, located close to restaurants and the highway. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling.

Nice quiet & tidy place. Not the most modern, but definitely well-kept. I thought it was unique that two of the sides had a nice, peaceful cemetery and some farm animals. The office had a very cute orange & white cat too and cat people are the best people! The gentleman who checked us in was very nice too.

Very clean. Spacious lobby with several areas for gathering and chatting. Good breakfast and a surprisingly good evening happy hour, with not only beer and wine but also mixed drinks and hot food. Staff was all very pleasant and welcoming. Big parking garage with hotel entrances on every level.

Clean room and a Cane’s within short walking distance (the parking lot)! Bonus when you’re tired from a long drive. It was a safe area, which was important being a single woman traveling with a dog and driving a Uhaul. There is a walking trail to the back of the hotel that leads to the apts next door which made for a nice evening walk with the dog.

The hotel seemed brand new and was very quiet. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. I have also never had such a large new TV in a hotel room before so that was a nice plus, and it included free Showtime which was also cool. Great Lobby with eating area that includes TV's to watch sports ... a lot of nice touches without, absolutely no complaints, other than next time I hope to not be placed near the ice machine as it did wake me up in the morning haha
