「Wonderful 」

「1. Location is very good. The hotel is located in the nearest mountain around Florense, very good mountian view in the morning. Very easy to access the city by bus in front of the hotel. 2. Hotel garden is exactly the same as the pictures shown on the website. Very relax and beautiful landscape. 3. Spacious room, very big. After our stay in Venice, this seems a different world. 4. 「The hotel is located at a hillside, which is quite difficult to find a way. However, the staff are really nice and informative. They showed my the best way to visit the florence by car. The hotel is also lovely and the garden is full of fruit and flowers. Everybody are welcome to relax in the garden. I am gald to be there and enjoy my holiday at there.」

「Great value, kind host」

「Staff is courteous and helpful. Fratelli Briganti restaurant near by, definitely worth a visit. However, this is NOT a hotel. Staff is there only 9am-8pm. And the tram ride to the center is OK but not the highlight of Florence. If you want to cram many people into an apartment, or save money by cooking yourself, this is a great choice. But if you are in Florence for tourism and can afford a hotel at the center, it is a better choice. 」

「Great location and easy to find and enter despite being staff less. Room was a decent size and clean. Although the bathroom was also a good size the shower was tiny with poor pressure and the bathroom would start to flood because the doors wouldn't shut properly.」

「We felt like the room that was advertised online did not look the same in person. Upon arrival, we noticed the curtain to one of the windows was broken. The mattress was disgusting, completely stained brown/yellow. 」

「飯店離車站有點距離，走路8分鐘到電車再坐2站才會到車站。有飲水機還有氣泡水很棒，房間也大，服務人員很好，只有一個中年大叔很沒耐心態度很差。床是偏硬的」
