El mismo día del check in a las 2pm me enviaron un correo cambiando la ubicación de hospedaje. Me cambiaron a un apartamento en una zona totalmente diferente, con menos camas de las que había seleccionado. Me di cuenta del cambio porque llegué a la ubicación que aparecía en hoteles.com y allí me dijeron que ese apartamento estaba ocupado.

La descripción no coincide con el departamento.

El check in, complicado eran 4 pm hora del check in y nunca nos llegó el código de la puerta cuando decía q lo daban 3 hrs antes, tuvimos que pedir ayuda del personal de seguridad del edificio. El departamento no coincide en nada con su descripción, nos cambiaron de departamento igual no coincide y nos dijeron q nos cambiaban a otra propiedad en otro lado pero igual tampoco nos funcionaba. 1 recamara y un baño eran los de cuarto de servicio los cuales parecían una broma. Nos dejaron 3 rollos de papel para 4 noches y 6 personas. Pedimos un trapeador y jamás llegó. Le comenté a las personas encargadas y dijeron que lo subían al igual que el rollo de papel y eso jamás pasó. En el clóset de la recámara secundaria había bolsas con ropa sucia, no pudimos ni colocar nuestras cosas.En realidad son 2 recámaras con 3 camas y un baño. Lo único que lo salva es la ubicación.
