Courtyard is a reliable brand and this did not disappoint. Nice high ceilings in the rooms. Minus a star for plastic water bottles, which pollute. Please instead provide potable water with refillable washable glasses. The location is extremely handy but only for business travelers. Tourists should avoid it (not walkable, ugly area, noisy freeway). If there were security guards in the parking lot, they were so discreet I couldn't see them. It made me nervous about my car. The hallway from the parking lot to elevators is dingy and depressing, it needs brightening up. The parking lot has no hotel signage or logo; I kept wondering whether I was in the right place. The freeway noise in the parking lot is deafening but in the room is only a faint hum. There is no good lighting for a woman to apply makeup, please add some over where the makeup mirror is. Thank you for the quality blow dryer. The breakfast buffet was fine. Small gym was large enough and the equipment was in good condition. Overall good value if you have business to do in the area. Rooms in excellent condition. I will certainly return.

La ubicación es muy buena, las instalaciones están en buenas condiciones y el personal es amable y da buena atención. Todo el servicio en general es muy bueno y debido a su ubicación es un buen lugar para hospedarse si vas a la ciudad de méxico por trabajo o por asuntos personales.
