Where to start? Number 1: this is not a hotel, more like fully automated rental. In other words, a building of what used to be a residential building, is now not a hotel but a touristic rental, and you can only assume the people living there were pushed out by gentrification. But maybe you don’t care about that. Other perks: - No lift. If you have a big luggage you need to carry them to your floor (mine was 4th). Same when checking out. The stairs are small so you find yourself bumping into the walls while attempting this feat. - Cleaning is only every 8 days. Yeah, you read that right: no one will clean your room or take the trash, unless you stay more than a week. - Hot water failed one day. Altogether, there’s some hotel options at a similar price range. Yeah, your room might be smaller, but at least you get someone to arrange it every day.

The neibor was terrible, touching our door because the volumen of the tv, she sayd to the reception that we we're smoking in the hall, thats not true, she claim noise and we didn't webstay calm and no mess with anyone, she did our stat a nightmare

Horarios

Los horarios de check in y check out son inadecuados . La entrada es hasta las 4 pm y la salida a las 10 am. Solo me quedé una noche y mi viaje fue largo , tuve que esperar hasta tarde para lograr tener un sitio de descanso y en la mañana tuve que salir con maletas porque no me daba el tiempo de volver a las 10 am . La salida debería ser a las 12m o 1 pm , puesto que la entrada es tarde también .

No tiene elevador. Tomen en cuenta esto pues tendrán que subir 4 pisos con equipaje. Si cuentan con buen estado de salud sin problema. Las cortinas dejan pasar toda la luz. Se podría mejorar eso para descansar

Los ventanales y las terrazas hacen que el depa parezca más amplio y lo vuelve cómodo. Me encantó. La ubicación es excelente y sus alrededores para comer. Lo malo, es su entrada, con escaleras incómodas y el aspecto de que están muchas cosas amontonadas.
