Galeria Plaza Reforma
We really enjoyed our 5-day stay here, the hotel is centrally, located to many of the tourist attractions. I got upgraded and had access to the business lounge where they had breakfast and evening snacks which we really enjoyed. Also fell safe while walking in the night around the hotel area.

LaiLa Hotel CDMX
Poor hygiene. Our bed hadn’t been changed. There were hairs everywhere, particularly when we pulled back the duvet. We complained. The lady changed the bedding but placed the disgusting bedding on top of my suitcase. I had to clean it myself afterwards. At breakfast we asked for tea a few times. ...

Barceló México Reforma
Pool was not working, Coffee Maker in room not working, I asked for quiet room and was put in second floor facing the street - extremely loud at night was not able to get a good night sleep, AC makes a noise as well , overall property is nice but I prefer staying somewhere else in the future
