「The location is not bad considering that it’s close to SM and other stores. It’s safe to walk around. The bfast was okay. However, the rooms are not clean enough esp the bathroom. The supposedly white towels are gray-looking instead of white. The pool has blurry water. The elevators skip floors. The underground parking smells like sewage.」

Every member of the team I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The receptionists, cleaners, and security guards all went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
