「Everything was great. Especially the staff! We couldn’t make our originally planned stay due to being hit by a tornado. They completely understood and rearranged my stay and let me do an early check in the next day, and a late check out the following day with no issues at all. 」

「We requested a non smoking room. The room smelled so strong like cigarettes. Sheets were dirty. They clearly weren’t washed because we found an earring in the bed. Bugs in the bathroom. We requested to move to a different hotel but they wouldn’t work with us. I wouldn’t have my worst enemy stay here. 」

「We never got to stay. They moved us to Best Western. They had emailed in expedia account but we didnt see it until after arrival. We were not happy and really messed up our evening plans. 」

「Pool was broken when we arrived and the duration of our stay, which was half of the reason that we chose this one over others. Room itself was fine, hotel was out of rollaway beds that we’d requested. Overall the stay was fine but the value was not there, should have stayed at Embassy. 」
