「Very close to San Macro square and the public water transportation system. The suite is spacious. They serve breakfast in early hours though the choices are limited. Great value. I would like to recommend it to all who visit Venice.」

「The front desk staffs were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was hard to find because the hotel sign was not visible and small. All in all, we had enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this hotel in our next visit. 」

「Air-conditioner at living room is not working. Air-conditioners at bedrooms have strange sound, di di sound, when operating. Cooker hood damaged and is not working. Hair dryer is not working that needs replacement by another one on the second day of stay. Timber floor planks at living room peel off that results in uneven floor level causing my wife fallen down many times. Water seepage and comes out from the timber flooring at living room. Rubbish on the floor of master bedroom.」

「Beautiful place. We arrived by car, and the parking is behind locked gates. The appartments are in a palazzo, our appartment was spacious and well equipped for a family of 4. Kitchen and bathroom new and well equipped. Perfect as base for a visit to Venice, local morning bus will take you directly, from just outside the gate. Garden and pool area is quiet, calm and with enough sunbeds and parasols. Very helpful and nice personnel in reception.」

「Located at very cozy and quite village. Property amenities and kitchen utensils are fully equipped and easy accessed to Venice by Bus about 12 minutes only. On top of it, it was clean and spacious for the family tour!」

「オーナーの方が明るいかたで楽しく快適に過ごせました。近くにスーパーもあり、食材も安いので、助かります。ヴェネツィアまでは電車で三駅20分、€1.35で行けます。日曜日は電車の本数が少ないのでTrenitaliaのホームページで時刻表を確認してからでかけた方がいいです。レストランはハウスワインが安くて美味しかったです。パスタも€10で味も価格もリーズナブルでした。気になった点は、辺りが静かなので、電車が動いている時間帯は、電車の音が聞こえてくること。ただし、それほど大きな音ではありません。また、シャワー室が狭いこと。包丁の切れ味が悪いのことくらいですかね。」
