"The staff was very nice and helpful, the view of the lake from our balcony was absolutely stunning. But the bathroom was disgusting, very dirty, painted over tub with stains everywhere. Lots of hair and dirty carpet… Also had to wait at least half an hour for even warm water to shower, staff says ..."

"The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was they never came in to clean it if after I requested it. They just left some towels and soap hanging on my door. We stayed three nights and I cleaned it myself."
