Everything in the room was installed at a much higher height , from the level of the sink to the height of the toilet and the shower head. When I checked in, I was not given my room's wifi password and when I asked about it, I was told I needed to speak to a manager and they were gone for the day. 「The facility is spotless, the rooms well appointed. The breakfast offerings are 5 Star. Shops àre a 10 minute walk from Klouschter. Direct busses to Luxembourg Gare are a 10 minute walk from Klouschter (at Casino 2000). Of the Front Desk Staff, one Staff Member could not do enough to be helpful, including speaking English, and, writing information on paper with pen. The other Front Desk Staff member could not have been more rude, including providing misleading information and 'No English' ......

「We booked a room and we were checking at Ibis Budget, but there were no one at the counter. We waited and there wasn’t any sign talked about we need to check in at Ibis hotel. So I called, and after we went to Ibis hotel to check in, the woman who we talked to at the counter was in a really bad attitude. Overall, I didn’t feel good and I didn’t enjoy at all. 」
