「我們於5/10/2013入住，已經是第六或，七次到巴登巴登，只是第一次住這間Hotel Laterne，位置及房間都很不錯，但服務的幾位女郎態度不敢恭維，首先拒受Hotel.com確認，硬要多收我們價錢，要求取wifi password 好像要她割塊肉出來，態度超差，以後到巴登巴登都不會選擇這間酒店!」

「Easy process once the hotel had sent check in details. The communication was not good until around lunch time on the day of check in when they sent the instructions. From then on everything was excellent. Great food at breakfast. Comfy bed, quiet. Everything worked really well. 」

「This room was beautiful, and located close to everything. Breakfast was wonderful, the staff was kind. We LOVE Baden Baden now, and we would stay here again, we walked to the bath house, the Main Street, the garden. It’s a short drive from a waterfall with a little bit of hiking in the Black Forest and also castle just a short distance. Dining has a ton of options and many places take a credit card. Notes: there is no air conditioner but there is a fan. Parking is in a garage a few doors down...
