「Everything is good」

「The property is unique, beautiful well located, and the staff is wonderful. Our room was very nice. It is the happening part of Indianapolis and their great restaurants right there. We pretty much walked to most restaurants and felt very safe.」

「Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was not impressive, shower has very low water pressure and the shower base is extremely slippery. The vanity faucet handles were tough to turn on and off. 35 dollars for parking is outrageous but I guess that's the going rate. The staff were friendly. Nice lobby area with tv's and lots of sitting options. Very nice workout room. 」

「Incredibly clean and updated bathroom. I recently stayed in a five star hotel in Chicago where the bathroom wasn’t even half as clean as this Fairfield. The check-in was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised by the whole stay. Only downside was the parking garage that had no spaces even on the lowest level. 」

「The staff really are top notch !! It was my room that when I walked in a part of the floor liquid came out quite a bit. The explanation was someone before my stay had a cooler and water spilled in the floor. I asked to change rooms. But it seems to me that they should have taken the tiles up and let the floor dry out instead of putting a guest in the room and then needing to move after a long day.」

「Hotel property was clean, fitness center was fantastic. Room was large and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Some things could be improved include breakfast experience could be better. Hot beverages were frequently exhausted. Milk was expired so cereal was not possible. 」
