The location was great, right on the Paseo. The hotel was generally clean. We were given a wheelchair accessible bathroom, which we had requested, and that was helpful. Unfortunately, the water never got hot and the shower flooded the bathroom. The cafe downstairs did have excellent croissants, ...

Clean room staff nice but never brought things when requested, ice, extra towel only 2 in the room and we were 3 people. Very disorganized check-in. Ice machine broken, snack machine broken, room service only 2 choices.
