Cleaning service not available as this is not a “hotel” as per front desk attendant. 2 rolls of toilet paper in room any additional needed is charged. Rooms are checked before leaving and if there are any stains on towels or sheets you are charged from your deposit.

Gran Hotel Panamericana Merida
The property had a great location. Everything was walkable or short uber/taxi ride. Staff was friendly, breakfast good. Floors in the room could use some polishing. No major complaints
