Cleaning service not available as this is not a “hotel” as per front desk attendant. 2 rolls of toilet paper in room any additional needed is charged. Rooms are checked before leaving and if there are any stains on towels or sheets you are charged from your deposit.

Lovely, clean, big room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. AC and wifi works well. Beautiful, clean pool. Free coffee, hot water and iced soft drink , all day , in the lobby. Staff helpful. Breakfast buffet not extensive - but more than enough to start the day. Not many restaurants nearby. ...

The room temp was set by the hotel and could not be changed. So, I felt that the room was too warm for the Yucatan. And the water in the shower would not get warm
