"Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

"No bedding, no towels, it was not specified at hotel’s services description that I have to carry on my own. Poor cleanliness. Heating not operating, only two small electric heating elements available. Bad smell in general, but specially coming from the bathroom. "I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

"We stayed here while hiking the TMB and the staff was very friendly. We had to get up before complimentary breakfast the next day, so she let us grab breakfast items the night before. We had a small fridge in our room, so we were able to put it in there overnight. The hotel was in a great location especially when taking the bus for the TMB. The only downfall is that the shower head shot at the door, and it will flood the entire bathroom if you use it, so we had to take it off and use it that way."

The pool was very cold and quite small, the spa is NOT included and has to be booked days in advance for a specified time as it’s only open in the evenings, this has to be done by phone with the external provider which wasn’t very smooth. Room was fine and had everything we needed. Room had two bathrooms but only 1 toilet which was a bit inconvenient."
