Everything fine apart from the final surprise. To be sure of the payment, the reception erased our electric keys and denied access to our room. Before regular check-out, 24 hours before our departure. We were treated like thieves by people far from speaking basic english, obliged to be accompanied to open our room again. Never heard before.

Right, there are alot of problems with this property. They amount of money they are charging, service is really mediocre. I suggest you book one of the larger chains so there is a service standard - the property services cannot handle the amount of people they have this summer. - pools and other entertainment is ok - the food is boring. They have the same things each day in the restaurants so you get bored after the 3rd day. They should have more themed food sections, such as chinese, japanese, indian, american. You get sick of eating the middle eastern food everyday -the rooms are only made everyday not cleaned. - most of the fridges in the room doesnt work so you cannot keep your medicines - the golf carts take forever to come - they give you only 1 room card. Never happened to me before every at any other resort. If you ask for the second one, they ask for a €5 deposit - the reception staff is really unhelpful. They only have a poker face on when you ask them for help The staff is racist, atleast the managers. All in all, spend your money elsewhere. You dont want to be stressed or fighting on a holiday

STAY FAR AWAY!!

For the price we paid, it was utterly disappointing. The staff all over the resort was rude and just didn’t want to help. Barely any English speaking staff which frustrates guests even more because they don’t even want to make the effort to understand. Check-in: They put me in room which was less in price and not what I had booked My view was of a parking lot The staff was unhelpful Room: The room had hair on the floor (pics attached) Overall the resort had a FLY problem. There were flies everywhere and it could be because the resort and rooms were dirty. Housekeeping would only come and make the bed but leave the floors and washrooms as it is. Service: Since the resort is huge, we would use golf carts to get around which was extremely painful as we would call for the cart and no one would come for 30-40 mins. If we would flag one coming forwards the room, the attendants would rudely ignore and keep driving. Entertainment That was the only part that we thoroughly enjoyed along with the pool facility Food: Again rude staff, if breakfast timing was 7am -10am, they would wrap up everything at 9:30am and leave people hungry. Similar situation with lunch and dinner timings The snack bars have extremely low quality foods. Overall we had a very bad few days and we just couldn’t wait to leave. I have been to many all inclusive resorts but this one just made me so upset all through my holiday! STAY FAR AWAY!

Böylesi güzel bir otelin, dışarıdaki tüm tuvaletleri pisti.Odalar toz içindeydi çarşaf ve havlu değişmekten başka bir temizlik anlayışı maalesef yok odalarda.içki kalitesi düşük kullandıkları şuruplarda tat yok. Restoranda garsonlar yüzüne bakmıyor,çoğu yabancı zaten.Yemekler fena değildi. Otel biraz yokuştu ama denizi çok güzeldi. Olanaklarıda güzeldi. Aquaparkı çoğu 5 yıldızlı otelden çok daha iyiydi. Oteldeki eksiler, çok büyük bir alanda sürekli biryerden bir yere yürümek. Havuza gitmek, havuzdan çıkınca bişeyler atıştırmak için snack gibi bir yere gitmek için birsürü yol yürümeniz gerekiyor. Uzun yürüyüşleri seviyorsanız mutlaka gidin. Ayrıca gece heryer karanlık ışıkların çoğu yanmıyor. Artıları soylemek gerekirse, kısaca bol bol yürümek dışındaki yemek vs gibi diğer otel imkanları standardın biraz üzerinde.

So etwas als 5 Sterne zu bezeichnen ist eine unverschämtheit. Dreckige Zimmer, vor allem das Bad. Kein vernünftiger Ansprechpartner. Für ein Alternativzimmer mussten wir sogar draufzahlen.

The Aria Claros Resort was great, Very helpful friendly Staff, The Meals where lovely. We are looking forward to our next visit to this Hotel. It was however disappointing that we wasn't told in advance that the Indoor Pool was closed.

Helaas een teleurstelling. De Accommodatie is veelbelovend, maar eenmaal binnen kom je er toch direct achter dat er al heel lang geen onderhoud is geweest. Alles is aanwezig, maar wel oud, vies en deels kapot.… bestek, borden, tafels, ligbedden, zwembaden. Ziet er allemaal erg oud, uitgeleefd en onhygiënisch uit. Het eten is onvoldoende, ben 5 dagen verbleven en heb eigenlijk helaas geen ene keer echt lekker gegeten. Dat kwam mede door de eerder genoemde punten. Gelukkig ook enkele Pluspunten… de kamer was ruim en schoon en we hebben gelukkig kunnen genieten van het strand / zee.

Vorab möchte ich mitteilen, dass ich gelernter Hotelfachmann bin. Ich kenne mich in diesem Sektor aus und weiß was zumutbar ist. Dieses Hotel ist ein absolutes horror Hotel!!! Der Aufenthalt fühlt sich nicht nur wie ein Alptraum an, es ist tatsächlich auch so. Ich würde es noch nicht mal meinem schlimmsten Feind empfehlen. Angefangen von der fehlenden Hygiene in sämtlichen Bereichen bis zum Service, ist es mit Abstand, dass schlechteste Hotel in dem ich je untergekommen bin. Dabei hatte ich wirklich nur minimale Erwartungen an Hygiene und Service. Ich weiß das Hotelsterne, immer in der jeweiligen Landeskategorie vergeben werden, aber das Hotel hätte in keinem Land der Welt einen Stern verdient. Unser Hotelzimmer ist nicht hygienisch Sauber. Kaputte Schränke, defekte Fliesen, kein funktionierendes Internet (W-Lan), eine Klimaanlage die immer wieder aussetzt und Schimmel im Bad ist nicht akzeptabel. Die Minibar wird nicht aufgefüllt. Man muss vom check-in bis zum check-out mit dem auskommen, was vorhanden ist. Es gibt weder im Restaurant, noch an den Buffets, insbesondere bei der Essensausgabe irgendwelche Hygienekonzepte. Das Personal ist sehr schmutzig. Beim gestrigen Abendessen hat mir der Koch am Buffet meine Speise mit der Hand aufs Teller gepackt. Das ist gerade zur Pandemiezeiten nicht zu verstehen. Dafür habe ich absolut kein Verständnis und kann von niemanden akzeptiert werden. Am liebsten hätten wir uns bis zum auschecken im Hotelzimmer eingeschlossen.

Meget dårlig service

Anbefales ikke i det hele tatt. Meget dårlig service. Rommet: måtte be om håndkle og Shampo hver dag etter rengjøring, kjøleskapet i rommet fungerte ikke. De byttet ikke kjøleskapet selv etter at vi snakket med hotelldirektøren. Vi hadde med oss medisiner som måtte oppbevares kjølig. Maten var så dårlig at den ikke kunne sammenlignes med mat i andre 5 stjernehoteller, andre steder i Tyrkia vi har vært.

Un séjour très agréable, a part le premier jour où nous étions très déçu l’état sale de la chambre, un problème résolu après mettre énervé et demandé une équipe de nettoyage ! Dommage, ça m’a donné dès le premier jour, une mauvaise image de l’hôtel et c’est amélioré au fil de mon séjour

Yemekler VASAT, kalan her şey güzeldi..

Temizlik konusunda iyiler, konum gayet güzel bir yerde, denizi özellikle harikaydı. Hiç havuza girme ihtiyacı hissettirmedi. 2 büyük problemden önemli olanı; yemekler gerçekten vasattı diyebilirim. Ciddi anlamda hazımsızlık ve hafif zehirlenme belirtileri gösterdim. (Kendim şahsen hekimim ) Diğer problem ise tesis büyük olduğu için deniz ve otel arası mesafe çok olmamasına rağmen arazinin çok engebeli olması sebebiyle kumsal - otel arası yol gerçekten yorucu olabiliyor ki bunu seyrek de olsa servis hizmetiyle bi nebze azaltabiliyorsunuz. Önemsiz diyebileceğim diğer sorunlar ise; resepsiyon gerçekten durumlardan sanki bihaber yardımcı olmaktan çoğu zaman aciz ve odadaki havlu sayısı yetersizdi. Yemekleri dert etmiyorsanız parasına gerçekten değer bir hizmet alabilirsiniz.

Incredible setting. Friendly staff. Nice water park . Great amenities. Very large in making sure you are not short of anything . Multiple areas to eat and drink 24 hours. Good could be better . And communication a little choppy due to language
