「Beautiful hotel. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Our suite (Oriental Suite) was huge and very well appointed, very comfortable and considered for travellers. The pool is heaven-sent after a long hot day exploring, although it’s very quiet (maybe a good or bad thing depending on your preference for atmosphere). The food at the hotel is ok - not the best or worst we had in Morocco, but it’s good enough. Good location just outside of the Medina for a quick 50Dh taxi ride to most...

「If you want a restful night of sleep do not stay in this hotel. The rooftop bar turns into a club and there is loud thumping music until midnight. We were offered to switch rooms at 10 pm but opted not to because it would have been a huge hassle. As it turns out from reading other reviews there are no quiet rooms in this hotel. We tried to get some compensation but the manager refused the request. There are many other places to stay I would definitely avoid this overpriced hotel.」

「Mohammed is a super kind host! He was super communicative & helpful. We needed a taxi for our 4:30am flight and he coordinated a taxi to arrive early! The place was a little tricky for our initial driver to find, but it’s very nice & spacious. Definitely worth booking! 」

「very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. 」
