I reserved my room through Expedia. The first room i was assigned to was dirty (cups on desk, dirty towels in bathroom and unmade bed). I reported the issue to the Manager on duty, Marcus, he assigned me another room, same exact issue. I reported the issue again and was assigned another room. This one was better. Except i left the room for the day and returned to the door bot being closed all the way after housekeeping had cleaned the room. Also, the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty. Unfortunately, i had a terribly experience for this to be my first stay.
