"The staff was great but for the nights I was there I was not able to get a comforter for the sofa bed and my kids were covered with towels for 2 nights. I kept calling and asking for a comforter not an extra one just one for that bed and they told me the last night they didn’t have anymore and apologized. I feel I should get a partial refund of $250 for the discomfort my family felt during our stay at the hotel. We actually like it and it is our second time at this location. I am a Hilton member 1391286497. Thank you. Any help would be appreciated. "

"The pictures are much nicer than in person, Couldn't hardly see the pool from all the shrubs grown up, Room was ok but not what i expected. Shower water pressure came out a trickle. The furniture was scratched up and a big patch of white spray paint on the wall under the TV. The morning of my departure i was going yo get breakfast and as i opened to door a huge roach ran up the door and stayed there until i left. Spend more money and stay someplace nicer. I was beyond disappointed. I will NEVER stay there again. The lady that checked me in also was holding her sleeping child the entire time she took care of my check in. Not professional at all. The breakfast was luke warm and only had like 8 tables in there for guests to sit and eat at. People were standing up waiting for people to leave so they could sit down and eat. Horrible stay from beginning to end.."

"Great location, very friendly staff - great value! You are right in the heart of the city, easy to see everything. One downfall for our stay was the TV did not work and when we called the front desk they someone up but they were unable to get it working. "

"I live locally & have been to the adorable very secluded bar many times. Stayed for first time w friend one night, change of scenery. So fun! Staff is impeccable. Grounds are gorgeous. Breakfast included. Valet. Walk to literally everything (that's how I found it years ago). History everywhere. Water close by. Outdoor dining everywhere. You won't be disappointed."

"Great location! Outdoor seating with great views. we watched the space launch from the upper deck. Large, clean room, comfy bed. Friendly, helpful staff. Sufficient parking for all guests. Minor issues: hot water had low pressure in shower, a/c unit was loud, no in-room safe. We would stay here again because overall it was wonderful."
