「Awesome outdoor patio. Good location. Quiet rooms. Rooms like new. The breakfast eggs were chewy and inedible. The rest of the selections were fine. There is a good pancake maker there. 」

「Have stayed here multiple times in the past when it was Boarders Inn. It was then ok back then but nothing exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed there now. There is new carpeting throughout and new paint. My room had new carpeting, new bathroo fixture's and a new shower stall with a tub. The staff was also very friendly. I was very satisfied and impressed with the my stay and definitely will make this my number one choice when staying in the area.」

「It was just perfect. Lovely design felt Comfortable and pleasant. Staff was excellent. Dining room welcoming, room large and comfortable. The pool, while small, was just right! We travel often and seldom find a spot that hits all the notes. This is it, or new Duluth favorite!」

「We booked a hotel, few minutes away, which ended up being terrible and we needed an emergency last minute hotel. The Hampton Inn had a room available, thankfully! Choosing to stay, at the Hampton Inn, was the best choice we made! Great service, breakfast, amenities and overall excellent! Definitely will be booking our stay, at Hampton Inn, whenever we visit Duluth! 」

「In town for the Festival of Sails so Canal Park was extremely busy. Hotel staff was accommodating and pleasant, the hotel was clean and very busy. Breakfast area was always neat even with heavy traffic. Our room with a view of Lake Superior was perfect.」
