「Nice location. Everything fine. Nice to have 2 chairs in a double room, often other places only provide 1. I have no problems with anything here, but if you're looking for points for improving ratings, I'd say TV could have been bigger (couldn't really watch it from the bed in room 6), and it would have been nice to be able to help yourself to breakfast items like cereals, milk, juice.」

「The outer look is deceptive. This place has been refurbished to a higher standard. Great price too!
The breakfast is amazing good bacon excellent sausages. Rich Lichfield yogurts. Help yourself to anything.
Staff are friendly and helpful. There are a few sweet cats sunbathing- so cute. I will Definately stay again!!」

「We stayed here for the weekend whilst visiting Manchester for a concert. I was very impressed, they had 2 weddings receptions during our stay and we heard nothing! The room was clean, spacious twin beds, teapigs tbags and bottled water. Staff were friendly, a great stay.」
