「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

「The room was clean and spacious, the pools and grounds were lovely, and our kids loved the activities like Turtle Time and crafts. We could easily walk to the beach which was beautiful. The s'more kits by the bonfire were a perfect way to end our trip. 」

「The room and staff were great, however when we checked into our room, we were told of the $10.00 a day fee for parking which came as a shock to us. Everything else was great including the breakfast bar served each morning. 」

The only complaints are that I wish the property had more activities planned for guests and the suite we were in, in the double queen room, the room never got below 78 degrees but the rest of the suite was freezing. 」

「We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again. 」
