When reported to the front desk, we were met with indifference, so two days passed with a backed up sink. 「 The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage...

「Everything is great except the checking in is a bit confusing. Stuff is helpful; however, I suppose to be charged tax for 3 EUR according to Expedia, But I was requested by the staff for 6 EUR at the site. 」
