"Room was not as clean as it should be. Stain on bedding. Hair in bathroom shower, sink, and on side of toilet bowel. Garbage left under chair in room. Pillows flat. Water pressure is terrible."

Room was set up well for my needs and the safe in the room gave me a secure place for my valuables. Staff was helpful when checking in and checking out."

"Everyone should at least stay at these old world places at least once. We did not get a chance to use the Tap Room or any of the amenities at the hotel since it was Mother's day but once everyone went home, we got a chance to sit in the lobby and take in the grandness of it all. We stayed in 628 and the bathroom was run downed with a cracked sink, peeling paint, and a cracked seat in the shower. The room was better and well appointed. I was wondering if you get this type of room when you use a third party reservation place like Hotels.com."
