Fantastic facility!

This is a great property. Check-in was a breeze. Room was ready early which was nice. Inviting lobby. Very spacious rooms. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Towels were large and soft. Breakfast was complete with many choices and well prepared. Parking was easy. Many restaurants in area. Great place to stay in every respect.

Ok for overnight!

The service was good. However, there was cat hair on the sofa when I arrived causing the room to smell when the heat was turned on. Also, the ironing board and iron were missing, which was odd because there were racks for them and the bathtub made a loud cracking sound when standing on the overlay. Overall, it was ok for overnight, but would opt for another hotel for a longer stay. Still waiting to hear from the manager about a partial credit.

This hotel has been a favorite of ours in the area for a long time. Has always been very nice with great rooms/space and clean and quiet. Lately the hotel could use some TLC as some upgrades and repairs would go long way. Staffing and setup of the free breakfast has not kept up to previous standards, though I would still recommend the hotel.

I wound up staying for 9 days from an original plan of 4 days due to complications related to my brother’s emergency stay at the nearby hospital. During that time my room was cleaned only once despite a posted notice that they cleaned every other day. I had to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper. My trash was overflowing as I was cooking in the unit. The day I complained that it hadn’t been cleaned they said I was scheduled to be cleaned that day. When I returned after hospital visiting hours it had not been cleaned. All I needed was for garbage to be emptied and supplies refreshed but I couldn’t even get that.

Both coffee containers are emoty for the 830 breakfast. Carpet hallways are dirty. No toilet paper in the lobby bathrooms. Staff made aware and immediately tried to correct the situations

I like that it was convenient to where we needed to go. But as a Hilton Honor member in order for me to get the best price I have to make reservations through a 3rd party. :-( The AC unit in each room that we stayed in were so loud it was difficult to sleep. We stayed at this same hotel 3 times in the past 2 months. Also, the sheets never stay on the bed. And we had to bring additonal pillows.

We weren’t given our requested room type and didn’t have enough beds or blankets in the room. We were kept awake until extremely late by noisy neighbors and staff slamming the laundry door next to our room every 2 minutes. Complained multiple times and asked for a room swap, but they were full.

Pros- very comfortable stay, clean hotel and room, Friendly staff Cons- not enough parking on premises. My wife and returned from outing at 11:30 pm only to find no parking available. The desk staff mentioned nothing he could do except park at a a Sheetz gas station across the highway and walk back, totally unacceptable. I took my chance and parked in the last Handicap spot, not what I was planning on doing.
