Disappointing stay at a property that I have stayed at many times previously and always enjoyed. Advised on check-in that there'll be no daily housekeeping (despite this being advertised as a feature of the room) and to call Reception if I require additional towels. Explanation given is that the hotel is in dispute with the cleaning company (?). Positive at check-in however was the staff member who was welcoming and pleasant. Overall condition of the property has dropped since my last stay - in the room I was allocated the bathroom mirror light was not not working, the USB charging port next to the bed was not working, the security peephole in the room door was broken, the floor indicator for the lift was not working (for one lift on level 8), room service was unavailable via the in-room QR code on the Friday night I attempted to use it, the in-room fridge was dirty. Also - Expedia VIP benefit of self-parking not offered at check-in, no interaction or farewell at check-out. Disappointed and will likely not stay here again - which is unfortunate as I have always enjoyed staying here.
