「We stayed at this property about 5 years ago and we had a great stay however this time the experience was terrible. The hotel has gone down hill and seemed old, tired and worn. We had to change rooms because it looked as though someone kicked in the bathroom door breaking the door and lock. The next room wasn’t much better. 「The room, and everything in it, was clean, functional and well maintained. The two nights stay was very good. The building, and specifically the door and its handle-lock system can use some facelift. Still, this did not affect our satisfaction from the stay. However, we did not get the courtesy expected during check-in at a lodging place. The person at the counter didn't seem to care much if we are there or not. We were left with some bitter taste.」

「Don't bother picking whether you want a non-smoking room or not, they'll just give you whatever room they have open at the time and tell you to deal with it and they will switch you another room when it's open. Rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, they said if the customers smoke in the non-smoking rooms, they can't do anything about it?
