"Friendly helpful staff. Wonderful breakfasts, Great rooms, pool and private hot tub. Close to everything in Fira / walk everywhere in minutes, yet quiet and peaceful. Just enjoy lying around the pool. The manager, Michael, is a great guy who will help organize tours or taxis or just give advice on restaurants and things to do. May and September are the best times to visit Santorini!"

"We stayed here from May 1 through May 7 2026. The room was lovely, the hot tub felt amazing after a day of hills and steps and the breakfast was wonderful. Bizi (sp?) cleaned our hot tub daily and helped with luggage which was much appreciated. The lady that did the cleaning was very nice as well. Check in was easy. It is not easy to get to from the main road due to being on the cliff and narrow walkways but it was expected. The only negative was not having a TV in our room. All of our friends rooms had a tv so I assumed that ours must have broken and they are waiting for one to be shipped in. I kept forgetting to ask when I saw someone so it is only a guess but we did have a hookup and a remote for a TV. We made due without it for the week. We just used our blue tooth speaker to listen to music while we wound down at the end of the day. I would most definitely stay here again."

"The staffs were friendly and accommodating. The room was kinda small, but it got the job done and was clean and well maintained. There is a pool too that I didn't get to use but looked nice and clean. Wifi worked well. From the main road it's a little bit downhill thru an uneven street. So, that could be something to keep in mind."

"I absolutely LOVED my stay at Santorini Palace, this is the best staff I ever experienced! They made my stay so enjoyable and peaceful, they were all so welcoming, kind, ready to help and answer any questions. The kitchen staff was so helpful, understanding and accommodating to my nutrition restrictions - I am gluten and dairy free, which makes it difficult when I travel but not at Santorini palace! they had many options for me that made my trip! Kudos to Jonida at the reception desk! She was the first staff I encountered and she set the tone for my entire time at Santorini Palace. Every staff member made my stay special. And of course I loved the amenities, the cleanliness, the views! Thank you for making my solo trip no so solo at all. Blessings!"

"The views are amazing. Location is great to walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Breakfast was good. Lots of stairs! Thank goodness they help with your luggage. The pool was a bit on the cold side so can’t spend much time in it!! Was still enjoyable to suntan on the deck. The room was spacious. The the bathroom shower was so amazing. "
